Hi, this is Anna. I am so interesting in buying this LaserTouchOne to help my mom of her discomfort. But before purchase it, I want to make sure that it is the right one for her. What happen is my mom had spinal cord infection on T4 last September. Latter on she started feeling with severe numbness on her both feet ( more on the right) and also Spasm/ataxia on her both legs keep waving up when she lay down in bed since then. Her MRI result has shown that she had spinal stenosis and spondylolisthesis grade 1. in March 2017, she had a decompression surgery done by her neurosurgical surgeon. The the compression helps a little bit with her Spasm and ataxia but the numbness still there. Now she even feels the heaviness on her back where she had the incision/surgery. So, is this the right tool for my mom to use? Thank you very much!
Can this device be used with the Cyberonics Vagus Nerve Stimulant Implant that treats seizures and depression. With this implant, you are not able to have MRI's.
Can I just use the laser part.
Will medicare pay part or all for the Laser Touch One Pain treatment.
Do these really work on pain or is this another gimmick?
I purchased the Laser Touch One several years ago but never used it but was never proactive enough to really pursue it. At that time I was only dealing with hip pain and have a Titantium rod up my leg and didn't know if the laser would interfere with the metal. Since then I also have an implant on my left buttock because I was using the restroom 20 times a day. That is the first concern. I live alone and have a severe back issue that was first treated with a Kyphoplasty on my L3. I still have severe back pain and have been in pain management for a year and a high dosage of hydrocodone. I do not have a rod in my back but I know someone that does. Would the Laser Tough One be safe for them.? My Orthopedic surgeon said in Jan. I did not need surgery but my condition has not improved and has gotten worse. I am going to revisit this when I see him Dec 13. I feel it will be physically awkward to treat my back alone. I also have diabetic neuropathy and possibly fibromyalgia. I have only had the numbness in my feet until a few weeks ago. I have it all over and because I am not a physician can not distinguish . I am seeing my Endocrinologist in a few weeks. firstname.lastname@example.org
